Welcome to our online platform APTITUD AI ("the Platform"). These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the Platform, a tool designed for companies to generate anonymous skill dossiers from CVs uploaded to the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these ToU. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

The Platform provides an AI-based tool that allows users to upload CVs and generate anonymous skill dossiers for professional and commercial use. The service is designed to help companies better identify and utilize the skills of their employees or potential candidates anonymously.

1. 3.1. Registration: To access the Platform and use the corresponding service, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users must provide accurate and complete information to open an account for using the Platform's services.
2. 3.2. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for the security of their personal account and may not share their account credentials with third parties or allow any other person to access it. They are responsible for all activities performed through their account.
3. 3.3. Use Restrictions: You agree not to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, or purposes contrary to these Terms of Use, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, interfaces, texts, graphics, logos, and any other content, are the exclusive property of Arneo or its licensors. Nothing in these ToU grants you any intellectual property rights to the Platform or its content.

Conditions related to confidentiality and the protection of Personal Data are governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible via the following link: Privacy Policy - Aptitud.ai. We encourage you to read it before using the Platform. We remind users that any submission of Personal Data on the Platform must be preceded by obtaining the consent of the person whose data is being used, as required by the GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters or request the deletion of your account at any time.

1. 6.1. Accuracy of Information: The Platform uses AI technologies to generate skill dossiers from uploaded CVs. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated information. Users acknowledge that the results provided by the AI are based on the provided data and are automatically generated. Arneo cannot be held responsible for any decisions made based on the information generated by the Platform. We emphasize that the results generated by the Platform are intended to support decision-making and should not be interpreted as decisions themselves.
2. 6.2. Service Interruption: We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or other indirect damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Platform.
3. 6.3. Unauthorized Use: We will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account or for any acts or omissions on your part. Examples of unauthorized actions include:
• Identity theft: Using or attempting to use another person's or entity's identity, or providing false or misleading information regarding your identity or affiliation with a person or entity.
• Illegal or inappropriate content: Submitting, generating, or distributing skill dossiers that contain illegal, defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate information.
• Privacy violation: Distributing any material that violates a third party's right to privacy or right to their image.
• AI misuse: Using the platform in an abusive manner, particularly by submitting massive, automated requests intended to overload or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructures.
• Intellectual property infringement: Generating or using skill dossiers in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation: Using the generated dossiers for commercial purposes, resale, or unauthorized distribution through the platform.
• Reverse engineering and manipulation: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise manipulate the platform's source code or its technological components.
• Data manipulation or falsification: Altering or attempting to alter the platform's output data to mislead other users or third parties.
• Scraping: Reproducing or extracting data, particularly through the use of bots.
• Violation of laws and regulations: Using the platform in a manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Use for illegal activities: Using the platform for illegal purposes or to facilitate criminal activities.

In case of violation of any of these prohibitions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without any right to compensation, report any suspicious activity to the competent authorities, and take any other necessary measures to protect the security and integrity of the platform and its users.

We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the ToU to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to the ToU constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
